This restaurant honestly taught me a lot about proper customer service. I’ve ordered from this guy many times and anytime there was an issue, wrong order, garlic in the kebab when I’m allergic, missing items, anything, he would instantly apologise and fix it properly.
I’d call up expecting an argument and instead he’d tell me not to worry about it, then minutes later a driver would be at my door with replacement food and extras too it's like a full care package I even got a nice ice cream! You can genuinely tell this guy cares more about trust and keeping customers happy than squeezing every euro possible with the extra free portions he gives.
In my opinion this is the best kebab shop in Drogheda town right now, definitely above places like Palace which have seriously gone downhill over the last few years, let's have it right. 💪
